Moon to Spoon Kitchen offers made-to-order healthy and wholesome baked goods, breads, granolas and treats that actually taste good! With an emphasis on organic, refined sugar free, and quality, allergen friendly ingredients, I create everything from raw vegan desserts to bakery style cakes and sweets that not only nourish the body, but also consider the health of the Earth.
In addition to pre-ordered baked goods, I also offer in-home private chefing, catering, and meal prep services. Private chef service includes high-quality ingredients sourced from local farms and grocers, prepared meals for the week, and kitchen & fridge organization, leaving your home set up for ease. Each week, I create customized menus based on you and your family’s nutritional goals, dietary preferences, and schedule.
All ingredients and menus are cultivated around what's in season and sourced from local farms around the island.

Hi!
My name is Sophie Roads, I'm a 20 year old plant-based chef & baker based on Martha's Vineyard with a deep passion for our food systems, regenerative farming, Ayurveda and permaculture. Cooking and being in the kitchen is one of my biggest joys, I believe that food is love and the most profound root of culture. It connects people across the world and is something we all have in common one way or another.
